Our bespoke gift collection is curated with a limited edition in mind. Only 500 of each design will be curated into a limited edition ensuring that your gift is unique. When will my Gift Box arrive?

If an order is received by 9am - we offer same day delivery for all Sydney customers. If an order is received after 9am we offer the below for all Australian Capital Cities and surrounding metro areas (up to 200kms radius of the Capital Cities)

Sydney: next business day

Melbourne, Brisbane & Canberra: 1-2 business days

Adelaide: 1-3 business days

Perth, Hobart & Darwin: 4 -10 business days

For all orders received that sit outside Australian Capital Cities and surrounding metro areas of a 200km radius please allow between 1-10 business days

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all parts of Australia, delivery times will vary based on the remoteness of the location. We are more than happy to provide you with an estimate day of arrival following your completed order. Please email us at info@boxesofbabylon.com.au

 

Do the Gift Boxes prices include delivery?

Yes. Delivery is included in all prices on our website; there will be an additional flat rate delivery charge of $15.50 for all areas outside Australian Capital Cities and surrounding metro areas of a 200km radius.

 

Are my details secure when ordering online at Boxes of Babylon?

Yes… we use CommWeb solutions & Masterpass for the safety they provide. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we handle all your other information.

 

Can I deliver to someone overseas?

Yes. We are more than happy to deliver overseas, please email us with your Gift Box selection & location, and we will provide you with the delivery cost.

 

Can I create my own Gift Box?

Coming soon, you will be able to curate your own gift box, stay tuned for website updates.

 

Does a card come with the gift?

Yes. You can write a message in the gift message section and we will attach a beautifully designed Boxes of Babylon card to go with your gift. Additionally you can send an e card in advance to the receiver to let them know a gift is coming to them.

 

Can I arrange a large corporate order?

Yes, small or large corporate orders are possible. To enquire about customised orders, please contact us via email at info@boxesofbabylon.com.au

 

Can I order for a specific date?

Unfortunately you are not able to order for a specific date

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

At Boxes of Babylon we use CommWeb solutions for major credit cards including MasterCard & Visa.

 

Can I order multiple boxes for different addresses?

Yes. Please make a comment in the additional comments section in the checkout page, & we will arrange the details.

 

If an item is damaged during transit what should I do?

Contact us ASAP via email at info@boxesofbabylon.com.au and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you.

 

Am I able to select a time for delivery?

Unfortunately not, if the recipient is not home a calling card will be left for recipient to arrange another delivery time unless you have instructed us that it is ok to leave in a safe place. Please refer to our delivery details for further information.

 

What if I supply the wrong delivery address?

If you supply an incorrect address and we deliver the gift box, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.

If we need to re deliver to another address there will be a new delivery charge.

 

What if recipient is not home for Delivery?

A calling card will be left for the receiver to contact the delivery company to arrange a new suitable delivery date.
